Over 500 Russian doctors found that nearly all their patients (1,000s of people) with this complain (“Why am I always so tired?”) suffer from low body oxygen levels due to too fast and too deep breathing patterns. These MDs suggested that the central cause of feeling so tired is low oxygen levels in body and brain cells.
Most modern people always (24/7) have low body oxygenation. Let us consider why.
The norm for breathing at rest (for adults) is only 6 L/min, while modern people breathe 2 times more air. Therefore, they suffer from feeling always tired due to low O2 and CO2 content in the body and brain tissues. CO2, as dozens of clinical studies proved, is a potent sedative and tranquilizer of the nerve cells (see links below).
When does breathing get heavier? For most people, this happens during last hours of sleep amd when they wake up in the morning. What else makes breathing deeper? Heavy meals (e.g., a big launch) or 2-3 days before periods are other factors that intensify breathing. Feeling tired in the afternoon can take place due to a lunch that increased breathing at rest.

How to solve the problem with always being tired
People who are feeling so tired nearly always have less than 20 s for the body O2 test (see the links below). In other words, it is suggested to change one’s automatic breathing pattern.

This exercise increases brain and body oxygenation by about 10-20%. These numbers look small, but people who feel always so tired get much more energy and get a more clear mind in minutes. For many people, even doing a long breath hold helps a lot (if it is safe to do).
