New Decision Therapy vs. Psychotherapy 1By Dr. Artour Rakhimov, Alternative Health Educator and Author

In the video above, Dr. Artour Rakhimov discusses with Lynn Himmelman about NDT vs psychotherapy.

New Decision Therapy has been reviewed to work quickly in comparison to psychotherapy. It is an effective alternative that can rapidly widen your awareness about yourself. Some individuals believe they need a relationship to help them with problems. Lynn had people come to her for couples therapies. A wife was very surprised from her session and previously believed many things had to change about her husband. She thought she would not stay with her husband if things did not change. By the time they finished the session the wife did not think there was anything, he needed to change about himself. A lot of things that she thought was problematic with him was projected material from her past. Once those things cleared up she was seeing him in a more clear light. She understood that he wasn’t the true source of her happiness. In a way all those demands she had of him for her to feel happy were unnecessary.

In another review of this alternative therapy, a person questioned if she should leave her current relationship. The client did some previous NDT sessions and came back for a tune-up session. She was ready to leave her husband and after the session, she fell completely back in love with him.
