It is relatively easy to deal with, using correct breathing techniques, with the following health conditions:
● Chronic fatigue syndrome
● Hypertension (primary)
● Angina pectoris
● Panic attacks/anxiety
● Sleeping problems
● sleep apnea
● Hay fever
● Allergic rhinitis
